How do I install NebulaSend?

Download the installer from our download page, run it, and follow the wizard. No technical skills required. The installer will create a desktop shortcut and Start Menu folder automatically.

Do I need to install Python or any dependencies?

No. NebulaSend is a standalone executable. Everything is included. Just install and run.

Why do I need Administrator privileges?

The installer needs admin rights to install to Program Files and create Start Menu shortcuts. The app itself runs without admin privileges.

🔑 Licenses & Activation

How do I get a license key?

Purchase a plan from our pricing page. After payment, you'll receive your license key by email within minutes.

What is hardware locking?

Your license is bound to your specific computer's hardware. This prevents sharing and abuse. If you upgrade your PC, contact support for a license transfer.

Can I use my license on multiple computers?

No. Each license is for one computer only. If you need multiple seats, purchase additional licenses or choose our Enterprise plan for volume discounts.

What happens if my hardware changes?

If you upgrade your CPU, motherboard, or other major components, your hardware fingerprint will change. Contact support with your old and new license key to transfer your license.

Do I need to configure SMTP servers?

No. NebulaSend automatically connects to our SMTP pool. You just install and send. We manage all the servers.

What is the sending limit?

Starter: 10,000 emails/day
Professional: 40,000 emails/day
Enterprise: 100,000+ emails/day
All plans send at 200 emails/hour per SMTP for optimal deliverability.

Will my emails land in inbox or spam?

We provide the infrastructure (SMTP servers, rotation, HTML randomization). Deliverability depends on your content quality and recipient engagement. We recommend using warm, engaged lists for best results.

Can I use my own SMTP servers?

No. NebulaSend uses our managed SMTP pool exclusively. This ensures consistent quality, rotation, and prevents abuse.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?
